Description
A fairly large Galena & Calcite specimen from the well known Sweetwater Mine near Ellington in Missouri. The Galena crystals, measuring up to 1.1 cm, are rich in faces, have a lead gray color and a beautiful metallic sheen. They are typically associated with clear, very pale amber-colored Calcites with the typical nailhead terminations.
