Description

A Siegerland beauty from an iron mine that was productive from the end of the Middle Ages to the mid-20s century! Numerous brassy colored Chalcopyrite clusters with their typical iridescence perched on a brownish Dolomite matrix. An attractive miniature with the delightful play of color of the iridescence which in the past in old literature was compared to the play of color on the necks of courier pigeons. And who would not want to have that in his or her collection.
