Description

Here we have a fine and typical combination piece from Frizington in Cumbia, England. These sharp spearpoint, tabular Baryte crystals from the historic mines in Cumbria constitute a classic, old-time and superb cluster on matrix- everything you would want in a British super piece. They have a glassy luster with a pale reddish hue and amber overtones at the terminations. They are translucent to locally transparent in the body of the crystals with distinctly transparent and gemmy tips and they are beautifully accented by beige coloured Dolomite rhombs. There is no damage to any of the crystals and I can say that this great specimen is in splendend and pristine condition. SUPERB AESTHETICS
