Description

Here we have super metallic lustrous, dark gray crystals of Chalcocite excellently exposed on typically matrix. This is a choice miniature by any standard, showing exemplary textbook-stereotypic Chalcocites as you see in the old texts by Sowerby and Rashleigh from the 1800s. It is good on its own merits, and quite displayable even by modern standards! The crystals are super sharp edged and pristine so far I can see to the naked eye. Such super aesthetic and pristine specimens as this one are exceeding rare and consequently hard to come by. And the price is very reasonable I think.
