This is a truly outstanding specimen of the EXTREMELY RARE manganese-zinc arsenate Kolicite, occurring as brown microcrystals on a matrix of Franklinite, Willemite, and highly fluorescent Calcite. Especially if rare species are what excite you, this specimen is sure to get your pulse racing! Kolicite is one of the rarest species from the Sterling Hill Mine in Ogdensburg, Sussex County, New Jersey, USA. The only other place in the world where it has been found is the nearby Franklin Mine, but only in a single specimen. Exceedingly hard to come by, especially in this top quality. The specimen comes with an original label of Dr. Hans-Jürgen Wilke.
