Description

Good Cornish Fluorite specimens are known to be many times rarer than their Cumbrian counterparts, and it is relatively rare that good specimens come onto the market. Especially since they are skimmed off by local collectors and guarded like treasures. So it does not come as a surprise that I am more than pleased that we are able to do so are to offer a really good specimen from the East Pool Mine. Light blue Fluorite cubes measuring up to 1.7 cm with violet phantoms are perched on a granite matrix. They are very lustrous and extremely sharp. The very few imperfections are easy to forgive since the overall aesthetics are excellent and this is a rare piece at that.
