Description
Here we have superbly defined and razor sharp crystals of Marcasite with a metallic golden sheen. The Marcasite forms both equant and flattened pyramidal crystals to just over 1 cm. All crystal faces tend to have a smooth band adjacent to their face-edges, then become covered in epitaxially aligned equilateral triangular growth patterns. A superb group of wonderfully developed Marcasite crystals.
