Description

This is hands-down one of the best Malachite specimens from the Glücksrad Mine that has passed through my hands over the years. Acicular, forest green Malachite crystals line numerous vugs in a brecciated drusy Quartz. In many places only the sparkling terminations of the Malachite crystals can be seen as rich covering, which gives the entire specimen a boosted attractive look. This is definitely a TOP specimen that is rarely found on the collector’s market–not only for the collector of minerals from the Harz Mountains, but also the collector of aesthetic mineral specimens.
