Description

The Italian region of Piedmont is not only famous for its food and wines, but also for its minerals. Such as these dark-olive colored Epidote crystals, associated with gemmy translucent Albite crystals. The Epidote is lustrous and doubly terminated with crystals up to 1.7 cm tall. A top specimen; hard to find on the market these days.
