Description
Here we have a typical matrix, covered with brown and gemmy glistening Sphalerite crystals. A bunch of multifaced Galena crystals is scattered over this "Sphalerite sod". The Galena here is sharp edged and well terminated with typical lead gray colour and fine metallic sheen. A good and old-time specimen from the famous Rosenberg Mine of Braubach near Bad Ems, which is well known for its great Pyromorphite specimens as we all know.
This fine piece comes with an antique label.
