Description

We are looking at a beautiful Cornish specimen with two mint green, almost 1 cm large, six-sided Chalcophyllite clusters with excellent adamantine luster, which are associated with an unknown Copper arsenates–I assume the relatively rare, but generally inconspicuous secondary species Chenevixite(?). Both species line a vug in an iron-stained Quartz. This is a quite outstanding specimen, obviously from the type locality for both species. These specimens have always been rare on the market and are now hard to come by.
