Description

Actually, Ludlamite crystals are not necessarily the benchmark of mineralogical yearnings; however, things change when you have a crystal cluster of almost gigantic dimensions such as this specimen. Sharp individual crystals up to 2.2 cm in size, make up a 3.5 cm tall cluster that speak for itself. The extremely well crystallized and highly lustrous, fanned out crystals of the fairly rare Iron Phosphate have a dark olive-brown color, good greenish translucency and a super vitreous luster. They sit perfectly and undamaged on a plate set with brownish lenticular Siderite. An absolute top specimen.
