Description
Dark green botryoids and botryoidal aggregates of vesignieite are distributed on a fine-grained, flesh-colored carbonate matrix with light green copper secondary minerals. Vesignieite is a very rare barium, copper vanadate and this species is almost impossible to find in such fine specimens. A super piece for such a rare species and the Vesignieite is clearly visible to the naked eye.
