Description
Slightly indistinct crystallized, dark brown, rare Phosphoferrite accompanied by glassy and also very indistinct pale green Ludlamite. A very good and rich sample from the type locality ( Phosphoferrite). Such material was still rare and desired during the active mining period of the Hagendorf North Pegmatite. Considering the fact, that this phosphate pegmatite was abandoned in 1937, it is nowadays nearly impossible to get hold of such a classic oldtimer. Ex Robert Jakob collection.
