Here we have a fine small cabinet sized combination piece of Fluorite and Calcite from well known Chinese locality Xianghualing of Hunan province. The Calcite features flattened, multifaced rhombs with sharp edges and good transparency. The Fluorite has light green colour and great luster. It has cubactahedral basic shape with distinctive beveled edges with clear stepped pattern. No imperfection at the display face on this highly aesthetic piece. The Fluorite is definitely much better in kind.
