Description
A bunch of dark olive-green spheres and hemispheres of rare barium-copper-vanadate Vesignieite from the famous Congolese locale Mashamba West Mine of Kolwezi. The single botryoids here are well defined with a glistening surface due to hundreds of intergrwon microcrystals. They are nicely contrasted with the flesh-coloured carbonate matrix. A super rich specimen of a rare species, exceedingly seldom seen offered on the mineral market.
