Description

Schneiderhohnite, an excellent rarity from Tsumeb, is normally offered for sale as small 2-5mm crystals on an ugly ore matrix. However, there was one single pocket (in the 1970s?) that produced these huge crystals and set the standard for this species for all time. Here we have sharp and well developed intergrown crystals up to 1cm from this absolutely top quality find. It is quite simply a miniature of absolute top class both in type and aesthetics. TYPE LOCALITY and the only locality for superb larger crystals of this type.
