These excellent Vanadinites from the Mexican Apex Mine nestle against each other and stack like hundreds of tiny, funnel-shaped, six-sided columns. Hoppered growth, sparkling, and complex... this piece is an old beauty from the 1960s or 1970s. It is extremely remarkable for what it is, with its relatively large 1 cm long crystals and its overall geometry—and is striking for its shape and form, not to be confused with other finds and styles of smaller crystals.
