Description

This truly outstanding floater features multifaceted and flattened snow-white crystals of Calcite with distinctly beveled, striated edges, which are even crystal-clear at the edges. The 5.3 cm measuring major crystal is covered with smaller, equally perfectly crystallized "cousins," which gives the entire specimen greater aesthetic appeal and three-dimensionality. An absolute classic of top quality from the world-famous Samson silver mine near St. Andreasberg in the Harz Mountains, which was abandoned in 1910. A CLASSIC and OLD-TIME specimen.
