Description
A superb combination piece with two clusters of amber-brown, multifaced and almost gemmy Sphalerite and nicely formed, also multiple faceted Tetrahedrite a typical but sought association of the Georg Mine near Willroth in Westerwald. Both species are sharp edged as well and they are showing a good luster. The Tetrahedrite itself features a high metallic sheen and fine perfection and form. A super and classic German specimen from the heyday of this great locale and probably mined in the 1950s.
