Description
A very excellent and typical Greek Rhodochrosite specimen from Stratoniki on the Chalkidiki peninsula. A relatively large plate of typically, slightly frosted but anyway highly lustrous crystals up to 1.5 cm. The Rhodes have wonderful sheen and a very beautiful pink color. A fantastic piece, meanwhile largely disappeared from the market and consequently hard to come by.
