Description

This is an excellent example for the Canon Spar habit of Calcite. Numerous long prismatic, doubly terminated Calcite crystals to 4 cm tall with triangular terminations are perched on typical Sweetwater Mine matrix. They are translucent, some almost transparent with a faint amber-yellow hue. Very typical for the locality and exceedingly aesthetic.
