Description
A 4.1 cm measuring Almandine crystal from a classic alpine garnet deposit in the Austrian Ötztal, which has been know possibly for 5,000 years. This perfect dodecahedron is perched on mica schist matrix; it is red brown with a faint translucency on the edges, and a resinous luster. This great piece comes with an old label from 1965!
