Description

Raslakite is an ULTRA-RARE silicate, and this magnificent specimen comes from the TYPE LOCALITY, the Russian Karnarsurt Mountain in the Lovozero Massif. This striking piece of a rare species is characterized by incredible richness, meaning that the majority of the specimen consists of fiery red-brown, glassy, ​​and partially gemmy Raslakite. Such specimens were rarely recovered in the late 1980s and early 1990s as I´m told and have never been found since. Despite uncrystallized, it is still an absolute KILLER PIECE for the species.
