Description

A textbook crystallized Glaucodot crystal associated with two smaller "cousins" from the world-famous Swedish site of Tunaberg. Although the main crystal is not quite perfect, it is extremely sharp with pitted crystal faces, has a wonderful silver color, and a strong metallic luster. This material is often confused with similarly crystallized Arsenopyrite, which is monoclinic, while Glaucodot is orthorhombic. Trust me, this is definitely Glaucodote.
