A stunning, super quality CLOSED SMOKY QUARTZ GWINDEL from the Grimselstock of Bern Canton, Switzerland. In the pantheon of Quartz crystals, a closed, Smoky Quartz Gwindel from Switzerland is certainly among the rarest, and most coveted, of Quartz specimens. This miniature sized specimen here is perfectly gemmy throughout with an interesting micro pattern on the surfaces. Due to this fact, it was almost impossible, to convey the clarity of the Quartz on the pictures. But this MATRIX-Gwindel is pristine all around and features a beautiful twist. Due to the cirumstances of growth, Gwindels on matrix are way more rare than single ones, because more than 90% of them fall apart the matrix.
