Description
This is a super cluster with superbly developed and multicoloured Diopside crystals from the well known alpine locality of Diopsidrinne in Zillertal, Austria. The crystals here are sharp edged, highly lustrous and GEMMY. The multiple terminations are almost perfect with only minor imperfection. The colour reaches from olive green at the bottom to pale olive green at the tips. This specimen is ideal and actually a must have for every alpine collector.
