Description

During the works at this site I had a very good access to most of the specimens they found. There were many larger ones but rarely such great minis like this. Here we have a cauliflower-shaped crystallized aggregate of almost pure Mimetite. It has a sparkling surface and a highly saturated yolk-yellow to orange colour. Very interesting are the disolved prints of cubed Galena what is probably the source of the lead. Definitely a super mini in splendend condition and already a classic. Such stuff is actually impossible to come by.
