Description

A fine Belgian Smithsonite specimen from former Altenberg Mine near Aachen, nowadays Vieille Montagne of Moresnet . The crystals here are sharp edged and rich of faces. They are well formed as well and showing fine luster. Old-time material, rarely seen for sale on the mineral market today and consequently hard to come by.
