Description
Numerous of so-called "nail-head" Calcite crystals on typically matrix from the old and well known Pallaflat Mine of Bigrigg near Egremont in Cumbria. The crystals here are showing super luster, excellent terminations and great gemminess. Due to the glistening luster and shiny faces it was almost impossible to convey the 3-dimensionality of the specimen in the pictures, so this one is much better in person.
