Description
A beautiful specimen with slender olive green Prase crystals 2.7 cm long on fibrous Hedenbergite matrix. This matrix, or the Hedenbergite inclusions in the Quartz crystals, give the Prase its olive green color - very similar to the material from the Greek island of Serifos. All major crystals here have largely intact tips and the specimen is aesthetically pleasing, especially since Elba Prase is naturally rarer than its other European "brothers"
