Description
A very aesthetic combination of Magnetite and Epidote from this Azerbijani iron deposit. Shiny, steel gray, sharp Magnetite crystals, mostly modified octahedral forms with a very faint iridescence are perched on Epidote crystals. The growth features on the octahedral faces of the Magnetite are very attractive triangular striations. The stubby Epidote crystals are gemmy, olive green with perfect terminations. A very aesthetic specimen with only minor imperfections.
