Description
A jackstraw of well formed and jet-black Aegirine crystals on matrix, accompanied by blocky, glassy Microcline crystals from Mount Malosa of Zomba Plateau in Malawi. The partly tapering Aegirine crystals are sharp edged and mirror bright with many excellent terminations. Despite the specimen is not absolutely perfect it is anyway a showy piece from the high-alpine African locale.
