An alluring single Amethyst crystal on drusy Quartz matrix. This beautiful and gemmy single rises 3,4 cm above the matrix, where you can see and appreciate every lustrous face and every purple zone. Some of the finest quality and diverse Quartz specimens in the world come from the Goboboseb Mountain in Namibia. Truly most of these specimens are labeled as Brandberg, but the actual pieces from the mountain which is about 15 km away from there. This specimen is a very good quality crystal of Amethyst with a distinct amount of skeletal or Fenster Quarz faces, as they´re called in the Alps. The piece has good luster and beautiful displayability. Minor bruising just at the backside. Something so simple, it is simply elegant.
