This fine combination piece is loaded with wonderfully defined, tombac-brassy Argentopyrite crystals contrastful accompanied by black and also well formed, multifaced Pyrargyrite crystals. The Argentopyrite here, a rare silver-iron-sulfosalt features six-sided heavily striated metallic crystals. The Pyrargyrite is sharp edged as well, highly lustrous and when backlit we see beautiful red internal reflections. Rare and highly desired material from the famous Schacht 250 (shaft 250) of Schlema in Saxony.
