Description
A beautiful and striking cluster of super-glassy and gemmy, blocky, dark olive-green Vesuvianite crystals from a classic Italian locality - Bellecombe in the Aosta Valley. The reflectivity and glassiness of these largely undamaged crystals are just fabulous. The dominating, large, blocky cluster is 1,1 cm with sharp but bevelled edges, super luster and top transparency. Superb older material from the Dr. Herbert Muntau collection.
